Orders/Payments For
your convenience, we accept orders online with payments made
through PayPal. Phone and mail-in orders are accepted as well.
Our
online payment processing is handled by PayPal's secure
shopping services for top level security on your purchases. To
place your order by mail, simply print and complete
the "Mail-In
Order Form",
attach your check or money order and mail it to the address
on the form. Keep
in mind
that all orders must be prepaid, and orders paid by check
will
be held until the check clears the bank. All orders are sent via UPS ground shipping. Since UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, we will need you to provide a physical address for delivery at the time you place the order. There is a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping and handling regardless of the number of prints ordered. Returned Items We want you
to be happy with your purchase. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it unaltered
within 10 days, and we will refund your money
(excluding shipping costs). All
returned items must be packed adequately to avoid damage during shipment.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
unless there is an error on our part. Shipping costs of all returns
remain the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized.
Please e-mail or call us for authorization prior to sending the item. UNAUTHORIZED
RETURNS AND C.O.D. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If
we make an error, or your purchase is damaged, please
contact us within 10 days. We will issue an authorization
for all returned items if the return is due to damage or
error. E-mail or call us for an
authorization. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the original
product has been returned. We value your business as much as you value your own privacy. Our policy is to never sell or share your personal information.
